Delmonico Steakhouse Las Vegas Hands down, the double-cut Kurobuta pork chop at Delmonico Steakhouse is the best I’ve had since Manzo in NYC pre-COVID—and that’s saying something. Perfectly cooked, full of rich flavor, and worth every bite. I really hope they keep this one on the menu—it's rare to find fair-priced premium food on the Strip, but Emeril Lagasse delivers again! As always, we grabbed seats at the bar, and the bartenders were phenomenal—attentive, skilled, and on point with every drink. Great vibes, top-tier service, and a reason we keep coming back. Can’t wait for our next trip... last time we ended up stopping by every night for food and drinks. If you’re headed to Vegas, make sure this spot’s on your list. #DelmonicoSteakhouse #LasVegasEats #EmerilLagasse #KurobutaPorkChop #FoodieFavorites #VegasDining #StripEats #PaulEverHomeApproved

Bbq shrimp was amazing, not too sweet, complex. Steak was fantastic. Scallops were great and the Brussels sprouts were cooked wonderfully with a lightly sweet sauce.

An amazing restaurant for dinner. The staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable. From cocktails to dessert, everything was divine, satisfying and packed with flavor. Every bite left you wanting more. Steaks and pork chops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Hummingbird cake was decadent. A must try.

Stopped by for restaurant week. Liked it so much we decided to come back for our anniversary, and we weren’t disappointed then, either. Excellent service and atmosphere without being uptight or snooty. You don’t even realize you’re in a casino. Food matches the expectation set by the rest of the experience.

I often do convention work at the Venetian Hotel & decided to hit this place one night for dinner after work. 3 friends joined me & we went in with high expectations due to the many good reviews posted, & the great looking selection of menu items. Mike the Maitre'D took our reservation, & after he changed it for us because we had to work a little bit late, we were seated at 7pm towards the back at a table for 4. Our service team consisted of Brian, who approached our table immediately & introduced himself & his partners, Hayley, & Jojo. My buddy James had perused the wine list at the bar while he was waiting for us, & ordered a bottle of Austin Hope 2022 Paso Robles Cabernet. It was presented in the traditional way, & the aroma was full & intense, the way a good cab should be. After the wine was poured, we decided on our orders as we engaged in a bit of shop talk while anticipating a good time enjoying Chef Emeril's creations. Brian promptly appeared with some of what looked & tasted like yorkshire pudding, some fresh butter, pats, & flaky chunks of chilled sea bass on crostini. What a treat those were. We promptly devoured all of that & enjoyed some wine as we waited for the next course. My buddies ordered the scallops, & the ribeye steak. The daily special menu offered a bone in New York Striploin that caught my eye immediately, & I didn't hesitate to order it. I also opted for a bowl of gumbo because, well, Emeril Lagasse' don't mess around when he does the southern cajun fare, right? BAM! James ordered the lobster bisque, which he gave a 5 star rating to. We also had creamed spinach, the corn, & sauteed mushrooms on the side. The timing of all of our service was perfect. My striploin steak was done to medium rare perfection. It was juicy, flavorful, & tender. It came with a sprig of rosemary, & about a dozen cloves of roasted garlic. YUM! I doled out the garlic to my friends for their steak as well so we could all enjoy the wonderful flavors. The spinach was very creamy, you could tell that it was prepared fresh. The sauteed mushrooms were oyster mushrooms, I believe, & were also delicious. The corn came baked in a cast iron skillet & topped with a tasty bread crumb topping, rounding things out quite nicely. Needless to say, the conversation quieted down as we all tucked into our fine dishes. The scallops were done to perfection, (I traded one with my buddy for a slice of steak), with just enough sear to liven them up, yet keep them tender. The ribeye was cooked to perfection & my friends raved about it. Brian & his team were always nearby but never intrusive, pouring wine & water as needed. When we finished with the entrees, we couldn't decide which desserts to order so our server Hayley took charge, & brought us 3 of Delmonico's signature desserts, the banana cream pie, the chocolate bomb, & my personal favorite, the pecan pie served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. These were shared between us to finish this wonderful dining experience off. Overall, this was everything I expect when I spend top dollar for a meal. Delmonico's did not disappoint. You can be assured that we will return, in fact, one of our crew, James told me that he's planning on returning tonight for more wonderful, tasty, food. Thanks & 5 stars to Delmonico's at the Venetian.

Everything was delicious. The BBQ shrimp was a standout and it was the best mash potatoes I've ever had. Steak was perfectly cooked. Service was exceptional. The only small critique I would make is that the mushrooms while very tasty needed salt. It was quite underseasoned.

We had a wonderful experience over Valentine’s Day weekend. Our server, Matt, provided exceptional service, ensuring a memorable evening. The food was outstanding from start to finish, with the bone-in ribeye being a highlight—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We ended the meal on a high note with a 40-year-old Port and a delicious pecan pie served with vanilla ice cream. A truly fantastic dining experience!
